Water-based and ready-to-use formulation for commercial or residential use, fast and easy to apply.

Penetrates deep into surfaces to repel dirt for quick cleaning of every day soils and spills.

After application, keep foot traffic off of floors for 8 hours, requires 24 hours for a complete cure.

Will not change the color or patina of the grout or floor. Not recommended for dirty, painted, treated or non-porous surfaces.

One gallon protects approximately 300–400 sq. ft. of porous grout, do not dilute.

For commercial and residential applications, apply to clean grout line or stone and allow to dwell for 10 to 15 minutes.

Wipe off any excess product with clean towel before the sealer dries.
