Product Returns
Written authorization is required from Legend Brands prior to any return shipment. Authorized returns must be shipped using the carrier selected by Legend Brands and routed to the location Legend Brands specifies. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges. Returns must be shipped in their original unopened cartons. A minimum 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all authorized returns. Obsolete, discontinued, and/or merchandise over 6 months old is not eligible for return.
Claims
Claims resulting from losses, shortages or damage in transit must be acknowledged on the delivery papers at the time the shipment is received. Buyer must also promptly notify Legend Brands of delivery of any damaged product purchased on this site, or of any complaint the Buyer may have concerning delivery. Buyer’s failure to give such notice and to note such damage constitutes a waiver of any claim against Legend Brands relating to the damaged product.
Equipment Warranties
Legend Brands honors the warranty of all equipment sold on this site as included with the documents in the product box. For warranty consideration please contact us and a member of our service team will contact you within 3 to 5 business days.
